Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy
All registrations and purchases made through The Consulting Mind are final and non-cancellable. Once a payment has been processed for any event, workshop, webinar, program, or service, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
We encourage all participants to carefully review the event or program details before completing their registration.
2. All Payments Are Final
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The payment is final and non-refundable under all circumstances
- No cancellations will be accepted after payment is made
- In the event you are unable to attend a session or event, no transfer, credit, or refund will be provided
3. Duplicate Payment Refunds
We understand that technical errors can occasionally result in duplicate charges. In the event of a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 5–6 business days of the duplicate payment being confirmed.
To report a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately at info@theconsultingmind.in with your payment reference details.
4. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that The Consulting Mind cancels or significantly reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be offered either:
- A transfer of their registration to the rescheduled date
Cash refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of The Consulting Mind.
